The arbitration shall take place in Salt Lake County, Utah, before a single arbitrator, and judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
You agree that arbitration shall be conducted only on an individual basis, and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.

LAWMA reserves the right to revise, amend, or update these Terms at any time, without prior notice. The revised Terms will be posted on the Site with an updated “Effective Date.” Your continued use of the Site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
- Miscellaneous
– Entire Agreement. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and LAWMA concerning your use of the Site.
– Waiver. Failure to enforce any provision shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or any other provision.
– Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
